What does a typical session look like?

All sessions are conducted virtually – we see clients across the country! The initial session is an hour and a half long and we will discuss you medical history, lifestyle, diet, sleep, stress, hydration, and more. Together, we will set a few initial goals to work on. Follow ups are around 45 minutes, where we will check in and build upon your goals and make changes as needed. We will provide recipes, resources, handouts, and more to help support your goals.

Can I receive a “Superbill” after I paid for my session?

Yes, if you’re insurance allows you to submit a coded receipt (Superbill) for reimbursement, we are happy to generate one for you.
