Virtual digestive health nutritionist — Nutritional Ascent, Joanne Llaury-Marks CNS LDN

Nutritionist Services for Digestive Health

Person holding a heart and a colon model with healthy food on the table.

This is not a diet. This is a transformation.

Your labs came back normal — but you still feel terrible. Or the medication was supposed to help, but it hasn’t. Or you simply want to understand what is going on in your body before reaching for another prescription.

Whatever brought you here — you are in the right place.

At Nutritional Ascent, we help teens and adults move beyond symptom management to find the root nutritional cause of their digestive struggles. We believe your body was designed to heal — and that bloating, acid reflux, constipation, fatigue, and sugar cravings are not conditions to be managed indefinitely. They are signals worth understanding.

Through Biocommunication Scanning, Nutrition Response Testing, Quantum Nutrition Testing, functional lab review, and whole-food-based nutrition, we build a protocol that is 100% customized to you — your symptoms, your history, and your life.

In person in Utah. Virtual nationwide.

No rigid diets. No cookie-cutter programs. No guesswork. Just root-cause care grounded in faith and supported by science.

How it Works

Three steps. One goal. You.

Step 1 — Book Your Appointment

Starting is simple. Nutritional Ascent is a private-pay practice — which means your care is never rushed, never restricted, and never dictated by an insurance company. Every minute is focused entirely on you.

Step 2 — Your Initial Assessment

Your first visit is where everything begins. We sit down together — in person in Utah or remotely nationwide — to understand your full health history, your symptoms, and what you actually want to change.

We will:

Review your health history and existing labs through a functional lens — because “normal” on a standard range and optimal for your body are not always the same thing
Identify your root cause priorities — not just your symptom list
Assess your body in real time using a Biocommunication Scan and Nutrition Response Testing (in-person) or Quantum Nutrition Testing (virtual) — included in every visit at no extra charge

You are not just a set of symptoms here. You are a whole person — and we treat you that way from the very first session.

Step 3 — Your Personalized Transformation Program

Once your assessment is complete, we build your Nutritional Ascent Transformation Program — a fully individualized protocol specific to your body, your imbalances, and your life. No cookie-cutter plans. No overwhelming overhauls. Just a clear, actionable path forward.

Throughout your journey, we will:

Walk you through your findings so you understand exactly what your body has been communicating
Provide whole-food-based nutrition and targeted supplementation recommendations that fit naturally into your daily life
Monitor your progress and adjust as your body responds
Keep you supported, accountable, and empowered every step of the way

This is not a one-time handoff. It is an ongoing partnership built around your transformation.

“For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds, says the Lord.” — Jeremiah 30:17

This is not a diet; this is a transformation, and it starts with one simple step.

Who we HELP

We support teens and adults who are done being told their labs are normal while still feeling terrible — and those who are ready to find a real answer before reaching for another prescription.

If you are dealing with chronic bloating, acid reflux, constipation, fatigue after meals, or persistent sugar cravings — and nothing has worked — you are exactly who we are here for.

Our approach uses Biocommunication Scanning, Nutrition Response Testing, and Quantum Nutrition Testing to uncover your body’s specific needs and address the root cause of your digestive struggles — not just the symptoms on the surface.

Supplements We Trust. Recommendations You Can Count On.
